The role of teaching professionalism in the process of enhancement and success of educational and training quality in small schools

The educational aids of small schools represent an indispensable place of cultural mediation in the construction and promotion of our communities and civil coexistence. In this direction, the educational and pedagogical commitment of the teaching professionality plays a decisive role in the process of enhancing the educational and training quality of these aids Therefore, a particular attention is dedicated to their figure because are considered the first agents of change and enhancement of the educational-training routes that will help the new generations that populate the small schools to equip themselves in an adequate and critical way in terms of knowledge in order to develop a great sense of personal and collective responsibility indispensable for a democratic human coexistence.
