Transactional Analysis’s motivational model as a frame for the observation and evaluation of the educational and training paths
Abstract
This essay aims at drawing Transactional Analysis’s motivational theory. Its pivotal point is the definition of three fundamental needs: structure, stimulation, and acknowledgment. It thus assesses the possibility—proposed by Meredith—of including a fourth element in the list. Finally, it focusses on the creation of tools for the evaluation of the satisfaction of the above-stated needs within training and educational paths.Downloads
