Early childhood education and care: Educational continuity between 0 and 6 years old

Abstract

The Legislative Decree No. 65 of 2017 Integrated education system from birth to six years old establishes to understand the educational services with a view by educational continuity. The Legislative Decree No. 65 it is proposed a progressive consolidation of the accessibility of educational services for children in early childhood. The main objective is to reach at least 33% of children who attend a educational structure. The paper proposes a critical reflection on the real coverage of places in early childhood through the presentation of some statistical data.
