A Inteligência Artificial Generativa torna obsoleta a metodologia de ensino baseada no debate?

Este artigo investiga se a inteligência artificial generativa (IA), exemplificada por ferramentas como o ChatGPT, torna a metodologia do debate obsoleta. Analisa as respostas do setor educacional, que vão desde uma resistência inicial até uma adoção estratégica, bem como o impacto profundo no debate competitivo. Embora a IA aperfeiçoe a preparação por meio de ferramentas e estratégias iterativas de prompting, o estudo enfatiza a preservação de tarefas autenticamente humanas, como a habilidade retórica, a reflexão crítica e o raciocínio ético. Ao introduzir conceitos como “conjuntos de tarefas” e “artefatos cognitivos”, defende-se a integração da IA como complemento e não como substituição. A análise ressalta a necessidade de políticas equilibradas e de uma literacia crítica para harmonizar a inovação tecnológica com o valor duradouro da criatividade, da colaboração e da autonomia no debate. Longe de se tornar obsoleto, o debate evolui para um quadro dinâmico que combina inteligência humana e artificial.
