Talent and professional development. An empirical research between reflection and pedagogical practice
Abstract
In this contribution, the author attempts to summarize the objectives of the
study, the collection and analysis of the data emerging from the use of the
focus group in an empirical case study conducted with some young students
of the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of
the Studies of Catania on the pedagogical partnership talent-professional
growth, in order to have a broad overview of the representations, even indirect,
related to the training and working process of the Millennials defined
generation.
