Future perfect. To program, to plan and to promote the trust in a complex educational system
Abstract
The school of the 21st. century gathers the opportunities and the risks of
the post-modern complexity and teachers/trainers must know how to face
the multiform facets of this operational iper-context. Beyond the fundamental
knowledge of the disciplinary contents, they have above all to know
how to direct educationally the future for perturbing it in intentional way,
drawing to the baggage of organizational-progettual competences that they
have for a best human and civil promotion of their students.
To go towards into the future means to attend to the connection between
today and tomorrow with the same care that we constantly set in recomposing
all the passages that have formed our identity.
