The training of teachers for the alternation school
Abstract
The current training courses include documenting and thinking over those
practical activities that encourage the critical re-laboration of the activity it
self and highlight any criticality and progress.
The current training courses for teachers are structured, to a limited extend,
just to provide the skills they need in modern contexts, but they may not be
updated, in a right way, to relational skills, within and outside the world of
teaching. For example, modern teachers will be called to deal with the productive
realities of their own territory, in order to concretize the new teaching
methods such as school-work alternation, according to the school reform.
