Copyright Notice (effective: February, 2022)

The authors who publish in this Journal retain publishing rights and consent to the following:

1. The published work will be distributed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
2. Authors may adhere to other non-exclusive license agreements for the distribution of versions of the published work (e.g. deposit it in an institutional archive or publish it as part of a monography). All versions and adaptations shall not breach the license issued with the first publication in Formazione & insegnamento.

Please note that Authors, as the legitimate copyright holders, can disseminate their work online also before and during the submission process (e.g. in institutional repositories or on their website), as it can lead to productive exchanges and increase citations of the published work. However, the editorial policy is to accept only unpublished submissions that constitute original research.

Licensing

Since the Italian Copyright Law does not have a "fair use policy", licesing is at the sole discretion of the Copyright holders. In this regard, Formazione & insegnamento is published by Pensa MultiMedia under an Open Access Journal Policy with a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Authors who publish their works in Formazione & insegnamento agree to such licensing policy.

You are free to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.;

under the following conditions:

• Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use;

with the understanding that:

• You do not have to comply with the license for elements of the material in the public domain or where your use is permitted by an applicable exception or limitation.

Self-archiving Policy

As the Copyright holders, Authors may deposit the publisher's version (PDF) of their work in an institutional repository, subject-based repository, author's personal website (including social networking sites, such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, etc.), and/or departmental website at any time after publication.

Full bibliographic information (authors, article title, journal title, volume, issue, pages) about the original publication shall be provided and links must be made to the article's DOI, as indicated by the above terms of license.

The views expressed in the published works do not express the views of the Editors and the Editorial Staff.

The Authors take legal and moral responsibility for the ideas expressed in the articles. The Publisher shall have no liability in the event of issuance of any claims for damages and will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation, exception made for the provisions of the Italian Law 47/1948.
