Reviewer selection policy

To maintain the highest standards of peer review, our reviewers are selected based on specific eligibility criteria. Reviewers are generally required to hold a PhD, alongside an active academic affiliation (such as an adjunct, post-doc, tenure-track, or tenured position) or a role within a public or private research institution. Exceptions to the PhD requirement are made only for highly specialized fields that demand advanced, non-academic professional expertise. Notice on CV Inclusion of the Journal Reviewer Role

To avoid any misrepresentation, the role of Reviewer is only deemed active for the calendar year upon the acceptance and completion of a peer review cycle for a scientific paper (regardless of the final outcome or recommendation). Submitting an expression of interest form does not constitute official recruitment. In the rare event of review irregularities (e.g. malpractice, breach of confidentiality), the assignment will not be considered completed.

The Editorial Board conducts periodic verifications and publishes the list of Reviewers here. For previous years, the colophon published in the first issue of the following year shall prevail. In case of discrepancies or missing colophons, please contact: formazione.insegnamento@pensamultimedia.it
