According to neourocognitive and psychological researches, it appears now clearly how narrative fictions carry out a crucial task, training readers and spectators for the changes of their historical context. Entering in the story-world of a possibile world for the reader means to increase its competences in predictivity, in mind reading and sympathetic comprehension of the deep, interior conditions of fictional characters.
