Abstract

Today management of complex classes needs a “new pedagogical” view.
The paradigm of differences orients thoughts and educational practices to

but it’s first necessary to develop the “new skills inclusive” of teachers.
The article proposes a reflection for the construction of a new training
model for teachers.
