Incidencia de las virtudes epistémicas y del carácter en la educación de los talentos

Resumen

Una nueva concepción del éxito formativo, vinculada con la educación democrática de los talentos orientada a la ciudadanía, ofrece la oportunidad para reflexionar sobre las virtudes epistémicas –intelectuales y cívicas al mismo tiempo– que más influyen en la formación de los talentos. Son necesarios estudios más profundos sobre los procesos educativos que capacitan estas virtudes epistémicas, con el fin de hacer realmente posible el desarrollo de los talentos dentro de los sistemas educativos. También existen antiguas posturas culturales que deben ser recuperadas y valoradas en una clave generativa para orientar a educadores y formadores hacia el humanismo de los talentos.
