Abstract

The following research protocol is of a descriptive nature. The study aims at
assessing, through evaluation forms, whether, and how much, a specific
physical training program designed to contrast stress can change: psychophysical
and social health, physical practices, lifestyles, and learning strategies.
The study focusses on a group of 20 people who practice sports imprisoned
within the Barcaglione prison in Italy. The study thus raises urgent
issues relating to the prevention and the health of persons in prison, in line
with the main policy studies in the field of rehabilitation in the context of
coercion.
