“The research at Doctoral Schools in Italy. Comparing Doctoral candidates, Ph.D.s and Teachers”: the tenth edition of SIRD conference
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the tenth edition of SIRD (Italian Society for Educational Research) conference, entitled “The research at Doctoral Schools in Italy: Comparing Doctoral candidates, Ph.D.s and Teachers”, held in Rome in June 2016. The contribution highlight some of the most important aspects raised during the event: the presentation of seventeen research programs by second year Ph.D. students which was followed by an open debate; the presentation of posters by fifteen Ph.D.s; the critical reflections arisen from the comparison with some of the protagonists of the empirical-experimental research.
