Abstract

Changes and stresses of the current school don’t guarantee the improvement
of teaching-learning processes and people’s life. It’ s therefore essential
to engage in reflexive processes, to safeguard the critical issues and to
develop change’s resources, from institutional framework. The article proposes
a proactive reading about the recent and discussed Law 107/2015, the
so called “Buona Scuola”, to support the construction of methodological
devices and learning models to “frame and redefine” actions and processes,
that are often differential and fragmentary, for some type of students,
usually considered “critical and emergency”.
