The COVID-19 pandemic and disability represent a condition of double fragility which, in order to be overcome, requires commitment and adequate resources. The health emergency has unfortunately even more amplified and brought out inequalities, inadequacies of the welfare system and conditions of education poverty. The need to eliminate all kinds of disadvantage, working on the construction of an efficient and inclusive education system, is also reiterated by the United Nations General Assembly which, in 2015, has developed the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Starting from these considerations, this contribution intends to carry out a reflection on the main educational emergencies related to the pandemic and post-pandemic era, underlining the importance of developing an inclusive cultural paradigm, based on cooperation and educational synergies.
