The need knowledge and talent promotion for an inclusive school

Abstract

Focalizing the attention of the didactic-educational discussion on the need means to look for what characterized the human being. Taking into consideration the lack and the partiality, the need refers to an anthropological condition of not being complete which is common in all men and women: the person doesn’t come to the world as a defined shape, but with a high potentiality to be discovered day by day.
The knowledge of not being enough leads man to take on the responsibility to look for a meaning and a sense to its existence.
The originality that defines the person is strictly connected to the opportunities of ones experience which are offered to him: in this prospect the education, defined as care and proximity, pushes man to recognise himself as a subject which tends to an whole, that can be reached in an intertwined bond. School being the model of the need seen as the main principal that forms the being, must offer same possibilities and resources to all the pupils so to expose skills and abilities: these peculiarities show the value of the person and allow
to build an horizon of significant in which it is possible to orient ones life.
It’s on the predisposition of formation patterns due to transform the natural abilities in skills that it is possible to measure the actual grade of school inclusion: a bet that school is called to reply to with profession and competence.
