Models of Learning Communities in a Lifelong Learning perspectiv

Abstract

The contemporary challenges of the learning society call upon new modalities of people and community learning through the promotion of a learning culture, which should be constructed on the basis of sustainable and pertinent educational strategies. We shall discuss and argue for the opportunity and possibility of the implementation of such educational logic in Italy by first analyzing the community learning models carried out in Britain and the United States.
