The questionnaire for detecting the pedagogical profiles of sports coaches: a contribution to the research in sport pedagogy
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to show the process to build and validate an effective research tool that can be used by sports coaches as a means to develop awareness of their pedagogical function in the perspective of self-training. This study will show, in light of a sports pedagogy perspective, the quali-quantitative methodology that was used for the construction and final validation of a questionnaire based on a Likert scale capable not only to detect the pedagogical
profiles of team sports coaches, but also to be replicated and reused in all similar
contexts.
