The paper introduces the focus of this issue by by exploring three key concepts – solidarity, belonging, inclusion – in order to identify challenges on which Special Pedagogy is called upon to reflect, glimpse new paths and propose possible ways forward. The presentation of international experiences and approaches aims to find new directions help find precisely some new paths that can identify, through experimentation, realisation and sustainability
