Ricerca fenomenologica dell’identità e della pratica sessuale in ambito detentivo

Abstract

This paper briefly presents a research carried out in Bologna about sexuality in prison. The topic of the influence of a rigidly monosexual environment on the sexual identity of the individual was divided from the topic of prevention and health care regarding sexual practices not formally authorized. The article aims to make a contribution to the debate on the need for a radical change in the Italian prison system, with the help of reflections of a number of wellknown authors and of interviews on life stories carried out in the course of research.
