Abstract

The papers refers to the training on professional wellbeing for leaders of services working with vulnerable families in the region Emilia-Romagna. It presents the introductory activity on sto-ries of professional well-being and malaise that was performed integrating narrative, artistic-symbolic, and sociodramatic techniques. The aim was to encourage participants in reflection on personal experience and to co-produce a common story that serves by connector for the group. After presenting the theoretical and methodological framework and the development of the ac-tivities, qualitative data collected are shown in order to reflect on the contents that emerged in the stories, on the emotions experienced by the professionals, and on the group work process.
