Abstract

This paper intends to focus attention on some indications that Special Pedagogy can offer about the construction of continuous training courses for business professionals dedicated to the job inclusion of persons with disabilities. Infact, pedagogues can assume various tasks and commitments about the job inclusion of people with disabilities, as a privileged space in which can emerge, often informally, those skills that could hardly emerge in other contexts of life. With other disciplines, Special Pedagogy can undertake studies and research on the transformation
of learning and work places in favor of enhancing people’s competences. In this sense, this contribution is part of the range of studies and researches on models, forms, and processes for lifelong learning in formal, non-formal and informal learning contexts.
