Abstract

This paper presents the work inclusion of people with disabilities and the process of building their identity. The principal focus is about the importance of life contexts for the building of an “adult” identity. The two authors analyze the concept of inclusion and its applications in planning for working environment. They highlight the importance of “latent functions” and “integrative skills” that support emancipation in the field of disability, concerning rights issue and the working experience as social promotion.
