Responsibility of authors

Authors guarantee that their manuscripts are original works, have not been published before, and are not being simultaneously considered for publication elsewhere. Parallel submission of the same paper to another journal constitutes misconduct, and eliminates the manuscript from further consideration.

Authors are solely responsible for the content of their submissions. The authors affirm that the article contains no unfounded or illegal statements, and does not violate the rights of third parties.

Authors must ensure that the group of authors listed in the manuscript includes all and only those authors who contributed significantly to the submitted manuscript. If persons other than the authors were involved in important aspects of the research project and in the preparation of the manuscript, their contribution should be acknowledged in a footnote or in the Acknowledgements section.

It is the authors' responsibility to specify the title and code of the research project in which the work was created, as well as the full title of the funding institution.

Authors are required to properly cite sources that significantly influenced their research and manuscript. Parts of the manuscript, including text, images, and tables that are faithfully reproduced from other works, must be clearly cited (e.g. by enclosing their position in the original document in inverted commas).

The full references of each text citation must be listed in the Bibliographic References section, according to the citation style used by the journal. The references section should only list citations.

When authors identify a significant error or inaccuracy in a published work, it is their obligation to promptly notify the Editor-in-Chief (or Publisher) and cooperate to withdraw or correct the paper.

By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to abide by the Editorial Policies of Effetti di Lettura / Effects of Reading.
