Abstract

This essay aims to reflect on well-being in the university environment for a skills-based approach as a training model of value for each and every one. In an exploratory form, a pedagogical reflection takes shape on the need to integrate medical training and the humanization of care. The reflection in question focuses on the Form-ART-zione project, for the training and teaching reorganization of the School of Specialization in Radiotherapy. The project, starting from the year 2020, following the indications of the ESTRO documents (The European SocieTy for Radiotherapy and Oncology) and accepting the inspiration, in a broad pedagogical sense, of the CanMEDS proposals (published by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada), took the form of the analysis of training settings, introducing innovative and active teaching/learning methods, to motivate students to research and internalize knowledge and skills more focused on the protagonism of the specialists, sharing and collaboration.
