Faced with the challenges of the PNRR, pedagogical action is required to support the development of dignified
pedagogical professions, to affirm human rights and respect for the common home, combining the increase in
participatory processes with a high degree of inclusivity. This essay considers the relationship between the PNRR
and the ecological transition of human communities in promoting a culture that encourages the integral formation
of the person, nourished by dialogue and a transformation in ways of life, for a resilient and responsible civilization.
It offers and educational perspective conveyed by the connectivity of contexts for the development of
knowledge, through a sharing of knowledge, which is structured in comparison with the potential and limits of
collective intelligence. A dynamic process of cooperative learning to exploit imagination, design capabilities and
experiences. Educating in connective contexts urges the pedagogical professions to mobilize skills and complement
knowledge for mutual enrichment, in the spirit of a supportive society.
