Adequate teacher training is a key factor for the activation of inclusive practices in the school. This paper considers the level of awareness gained by a sample of trainee teachers in the specialization courses for school support activities, coming out from the University of Florence (cycles IV and V). These future teachers, as provided by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, had the opportunity to reflect through the internship on the devoloped skills. From a methodological point of view, the research belongs to the mixed methods QUANT+QUAL type. The results are part of a monitoring system relating to the specialization courses indicated, and the resulting assessments are of particular importance in view of the planning of the next edition of the same course.
