Women and migrations between literature, experiences and intercultural dynamics
Abstract
This contribution focuses on the topic of immigration with particular reference to
the women perspective. The relationship between women and migration is addressed by describing both the complex relationship between Italian emigrants and the female population in Switzerland in the fifties of the twentieth century and the work of Tahar Ben Jelloun with regard to female protagonists of migratory routes from Maghreb to France.
