The technological evolution and its impact on the transformation of work, as well as on the replacement of the human factor, present particular challenges to the pedagogical reflection. The
introduction of cooperative manual work in schools can be a response to these challenges. The work educationally conceived according to a clear pedagogical heritage can satisfy both the needs
of a skill to act together, necessary for a job technologically supported by intelligent machines, and purely occupational needs. This without forgetting the social repercussions of an education
to collaboration through work and its contribution to the integral development of the human potential.
