This contribution aims to provide evidence of how the performative workshops (jazz music, theater, dance-ability), integrated into the Specialization Course for Support Activities at the University of Padua (academic year 2021-2022), and promoters of improvisational processes, significantly impact the development of the participants' polyphonic profile (improvisational and inclusive). Through a quantitative survey conducted by sharing a questionnaire on the Google Forms platform, evidence has been gathered of the significance of such performative workshops in enhancing the six dimensions of the polyphonic profile (respect for diversity, trust in possibilities, sense of community, openness to change, exploratory attitude, creative passion) in trainee teachers. These results support the importance of promoting improvisational performative activities within the training of specialized teachers (and beyond) as meaningful human and educational experiences, with a view to increasingly inclusive teaching, capable of consciously using differentiated and accessible languages.
