Abstract

The article intends to investigate the possibility of rethinking the University as an organizational system of further, new and other educability and aims to identify the cornerstones of an educational culture aimed at building human-centered communities, both in terms of institutional and professional governance and of pedagogical and didactic habitus. The reflection is divided into three parts: the first outlines the conceptual framework of organization as a pedagogical category (Mannese, 2019); the second discusses the relationship between professional action and identity construction (Rossi, 2008); the third aims to define the University as a generative space/time of Talents and Knowledge-Sharing Communities, starting from the epistemology of Mannese’s Generative Pedagogy (2023).
