Abstract

The present work aims to analyze, through the epistemology of Generativity (Mannese, 2016b, 2019, 2021, 2023), the political-institutional dimension of educational work. These are the results of a research conducted at the University of Salerno that aimed to investigate the degree of awareness, in future educators/trainers, of the political-institutional levels that participate in educational work through an open look at our Constitution. The research adopted the questionnaire as a survey tool to collect information in a standardized way and on a random sample of students attending courses L19, LM85bis, LM-50/57/85/93 belonging to the University of Salerno. The aim is to interpret the results in the light of a number of questions. How can the University act as a place of educational and organizational well-being of educational work? Can Generative Pedagogy and Organizational Systems work on the formative awareness of the political-institutional dimension in educational work by promoting an epistemology capable of safeguarding humanitas?
