Abstract

In the global context of rising inequality, a new way of thinking about concept of growth and development is needed to improve people’s lives and well-being by building a new, pedagogically based work culture that holds together quality of life, social inclusion, and economic growth.

Building higher standards of living is more than a matter of money, but from it must start for the materiality of daily life. Education makes it possible to build awareness about the world, develop independent judgments, and take actions to understand the complex economic system as well. A large body of literature emphasizes the importance of supporting and increasing the level of financial skills of population, particularly in the most vulnerable groups, to protect and improve individual and social well-being, which emphasizes its fundamental contribution to reducing the gender gap and combating inequality for all those at risk of social exclusion.
