Abstract

The construction of the integrated education system from birth to six years (DM 65/2017; DM 334/2021) is slowly moving on in our country. As well known, very different facilities are part of the system: early childhood education services (nurseries), which are very heterogeneous in the territories, and pre-schools (kindergarten), which are substantially more homogeneous. An exploratory research analysed the opinions of 45 educators and teachers of the Veneto Region concerning the integrated system implementation. In particular, we meant the actions within the territorial pedagogical coordination in the different Provinces (XXX, 2022). The qualitative analysis of the collected texts highlighted the need to go beyond a generalised and top-down guided training, emphasising the need to start up micro-communities of practices between different structures to share long times and multiple spaces of integrated planning and development for bottom-up training.
