Abstract

This paper discusses the principles of diffusion and permanence for Education. Such
principles require a foundation science-pedagogy as the science of educational
knowledge/action. The latter, in turn, allows how to acknowledge professionals
specifically educated to deal with the plurality of people’s living places throughout
their lifetime. These professionals have long been weakened by the lack of legal
recognition of their specific competences. In this sense, we comment the law proposal
no. S 2443, currently being debated in the Parliament. This law proposal aims to
give educational professionals a legal and social recognition.
