Abstract

The purpose of this contribution is to recall those epistemic models that can be used in treatment paths both for victims and for the authors of the c.d. gender crimes. In particular, the characteristics and potentialities of both the psychodynamic model and the anthropo-phenomenology are recalled. In fact, the first allows you to create a therapeutic relationship in which the help and care are implemented with and in the construction of
a series of narratives. The second allows us to address the problem of the management of relations between the dimension of aggression and that of sexuality mediated by the sphere of corporeity, as the foundation of existence itself and of every human relationship. The multiple factors involved in this type of crime and the complexity of the relationship between victim and perpetrator necessarily imply the use of an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach also at the level of treatment.
