Recent court cases, especially involving sexuality, let emerge a perverse use of psychoanalysis, used to validate paradoxical speeches and unprovable truths. Clinical examiner comes on the stage during the judicial representation, creating the alert. After that, the expert witness produces the consolidation of a pre-established exciting fiction, which offers any satisfactory sense (not necessary the truth!). For this reason, we think about psychoanalysis as a kind of post-demonogical code.
