The article tries to give cognizance of the incidence of pedagogical factors in the determination of criminal act. In some social realities, as in the mafia community, the incidence is the result of real criminals educations. The recovery of the genealogy of the Mafia (understood as a category) and his world, allows us to understand the most important aspects of the Mafia pedagogy. Only this “understanding” may allow to deconstruct the mafia and take any further possibility of change, individual and social, on the basis of renewed educational proposals, attentive to the “person” and the “civil” context.
