La proposta pedagogica di Mario Mencarelli. Attualità e attese
Abstract
This essay first focuses on Mario Mencarelli’s scientific work on educational theory recognizing his joint and homogeneous process, his originality; then tests out his idea of “person” and “creativity” which is considered as a “personal right”, a “deep social need” and theexpression of a “metaphysical anxiety”. In the third part of this article the main theoretical perspective of Mencarelli is pointed out and compared with the present educational problems, and the result of this analysis is the implicit proposal of an educational alliance aimed to create an “integral humanism” grounded on a “reliable hope”.
