Il tutorato e le strategie di supporto nei percorsi scolastici
Abstract
The tutorial function is more and more becoming a function in itself, distinct from the traditional teaching function, especially where it is necessary to personalize the training path of the subject.
In this context, a predominantly pedagogic figure is emerging, which groups within itself the characteristics of experience and readiness to listen. His identity is still under construction, not being able to rely on similar and correlative professional figures, endowed with a previous history.
Two types of tutorial figures are identified: a tutor within the educational institution, which has tasks of coordination, planning, implementation and evaluation of the various activities and support and an external training tutor, or company tutor, with the tasks of encouraging the insertion of the students in the school-work alternation.
