Abstract

Starting from the consideration of the professional practice as a source of knowledge on education, the paper presents the theoretical and methodological framework of a research project focused on the “pedagogical quid” that characterizes the educational professionalism. In particular, the focus is on the professional epistemology of educators who work in residential structures for adolescents.
