Abstract

This paper proposes some educational objectives for middle adulthood, achievable through bodily mediation workshops. Strategies are proposed for elaborating, integrating and evaluating
the experience of movement using graphic, pictorial and narrative activities. Distinction are made between what can be shared with the group participating in the workshop within a specific part of the symbolic-anthropological setting, and those tools used by the
educator to remember and evaluate the experience. As evidence for the arguments, some artistic products created in a workshop for middle adulthood are added, and a diagram with useful indicators for the educator to use in compiling his/her logbook is proposed.
