Linee guida per un progetto di formazione negli Enti Locali
Abstract
Using a preliminary survey conducted in 11 municipalities in the area of eastern Veneto, this work offer guidelines for a training project for local administrative staff. It takes into account the cultural change currently taking place in the Italian Public Administration.The priorities are: to restore a human dimension to the organization, centering it on people rather than on structures; to deconstruct knowledge through the emergence and the sharing of previous experiences to prepare employees for new learning. We design training using the theoretical model of “communities of practice”.
