Abstract
The paper intends to provide interpretations to better understand the model of the communities of practice: from the conceptual framework roots to the denotative characteristics. Specifically, it intends to invite the reader to understand the usefulness of the methodological approach (based on the seven wengeriani principles which aim to facilitate the evolution of the communities of practice) in the field dedicated to childcare.Downloads
