This contribution talks about the animation in residential structures for older people. The relentless aging of the population asked to respond not only to the health care needs of older people but also to the socio-cultural, recreational and educational needs. Through suitable animation activities you can reach important goals including the maintenance of cognitive residual capacities of older people.
