Antimafia nella didattica scolastica Prodotti multimediali per la formazione di studenti e insegnanti
Abstract
Thirty years ago the law no. 646, known as the Rognoni- La Torre law was passed by the parliament in Italy. For the first time it introduced the crime of association for the objective of Mafia activity and provided for the confiscation of goods and property belonging to criminal organisations. Throughout the 1980s a social anti-Mafia movement was widespread. In the 1995 a national organisation “Libera, associations, names and numbers against the Mafia”
was founded. In the 1980s the Minister of education introduced the concept of the Education of Legality. Nowadays we speak of Citizenship and anti-Mafia Education. What tools can schools use to meet these new educational challenges? The research, carried out by the Department of Education of Bologna University, financed by the Emilia Romagna Regional government, has tried to provide some answers, bringing together the testimony of those who work and live to spread the culture of legality.
