Abstract

The bill proposal, which is about 150,000 educators and pedagogues in Italy, is a decisive opportunity for Pedagogy to demonstrate how educational professions are at the heart of transformations that affect individual and collective actions. The essay is based on the consideration that educational work is not reducible to social work, but it includes and evolves into specific and particular domaines. Educational work, in fact, is also social work, but as a result of the fact that it generates forms of life. Therefore, it accompanies (but does not depend) on
the evolution of human and social needs; because learning anticipates development; and therefore education and training are morphogenetic, recursive and reflective devices that accompany,
direct and qualify innovation itself through the choices of anthropos. In this perspective, the formative nature of educational work qualifies as a means of giving and taking formaction based on the energies and potentials that the bonds make available, thus generating not only products and results, but paths of development, freedom and invention. In this way, educational work becomes the engine of the realization of the anthropological potential related
to the human structure and the generative nature of intersubjectivity that is expressed both in the working and social context.
