The challenge of diversity and gender training

Abstract

Everyone identity builds by opening to the difference, reveals itself by interpersonal
relationships. Such dynamism supports the human becoming, allows the interactions
flourishing, the individual and collective evolution. But to make it happen, it
is necessary to feed a critical thought on the symbolic order and the life contexts. It
is necessary, that is, to increase the civilization level to which competent educators
and care professionals can engage. Pedagogical discourse and training are therefore
invested by particular tasks and responsibilities, which the deep and pending social
transformations ongoing insistently urges.
