Abstract

The pedagogical training of exercise science teachers appears to be a very topical issue, especially in relation to the introduction of the specialist teacher in the terminal classes of primary school. Before our country, this choice was made in some EU countries, such as Spain. This contribution, starting from a comparison of the two different initial teacher training courses for these teachers, intends to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of the pedagogical and didactic training opportunities offered by the two different systems.
